Prices, assortment and delivery times
Inventory and changes: Our product range is sometimes limited or not always available. Due to high demand in our store, we may sell out quickly.
Model change: We reserve the right to make changes to the model. If a product is no longer available, we reserve the right to supply the current model for the new season.
Prices: We strive to keep prices stable, but reserve the right to make price adjustments. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) including VAT . Price clarification: All our prices are non-binding – even if we make a mistake. The price at the point of sale is decisive. Wheely Pop GmbH assumes no liability for erroneous prices. Offers: Limited-time promotions are valid only for the specified period.
Delivery times: The shipping dates stated are estimates based on information provided by our suppliers. They are not binding and cannot be guaranteed in every case. We assume no liability for delays in shipping or delivery.
Subsequent delivery (arrears): If an item is missing from your order, we will contact you to determine whether we should send you a partial shipment or wait until everything is complete.
International Shipping: We do not ship abroad . We also do not accept orders for pickup from customers with addresses outside of Switzerland.
Returns and Refunds
You can return items within 14 days of purchase , provided they meet our return policy.
Here's how it works: Send us an email to info@wheelypop.ch . Subject: "Webshop Return". State your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm your return and provide you with the correct return address.
Requirements: We only accept returns if: The original packaging is undamaged . The item has not been used or worn .
The following items are excluded from exchange: Bicycles that we have assembled and shipped via freight. All items purchased with a discount of 30% or more . Special orders that are not part of our regular Wheely Pop standard range. Items that serve personal safety (especially helmets and protectors ).
Credit: After receiving and checking the return shipment, we will credit the amount to your customer account. This credit you can use it for your next purchase (online or in a specialist store).
Warranty and Liability
Warranty period: The warranty is 6 months , starting with the delivery. Longer periods for individual items are excluded.
Warranty: If a defect occurs during the warranty period under normal use, Wheely Pop will repair it free of charge.
Warranty exclusion: We assume no liability for defects caused by:
- Improper handling or assembly (e.g. lack of maintenance, disregard of the instructions for use, incorrect handling).
- Normal wear and tear
