Delivery Times

The stated shipping dates are estimates based on information from our suppliers. They are non-binding and cannot be guaranteed in every case. We accept no liability for delays in shipping or delivery.

Backorders

If an item is missing from your order, we will contact you to determine whether we should send you a partial shipment or wait until everything is complete.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. We also do not accept orders for pickup from customers with addresses outside of Switzerland.
