Bike Montage in 10 Schritten
Step 1: Lenker anbringen
Setze den Lenker in den Vorbau ein und ziehe die Schrauben fest. Achte dabei auf die korrekte Ausrichtung.

Step 2: Vorderrad befestigen
Setze das Vorderrad (falls noch nicht montiert) in die Gabel ein und ziehe die Achse fest. (Es empfiehlt sich, die Achse vorher zu fetten.)

Step 3: Bremssystem überprüfen
Stelle sicher, dass die Bremsen korrekt montiert sind und die Bremsbeläge richtig ausgerichtet sind.

Step 4: Pedale montieren
Schraube die Pedale in die Kurbeln. Das rechte Pedal hat ein Rechtsgewinde, das linke ein Linksgewinde. Fette die Gewinde der Pedale unbedingt, bevor sie montiert werden.

Step 5: Sattel justieren
Überprüfe die Höhe und den Winkel des Sattels und stelle ihn bei Bedarf ein.

Step 6: Schaltung prüfen
Überprüfe und teste die Schaltung, um sicherzustellen, dass sie einwandfrei funktioniert.

Step 7: Reifen aufpumpen
Überprüfe den Reifendruck und pumpe die Reifen bei Bedarf auf.

Step 8: Räder zentrieren (falls nötig)
Zentriere die Räder gegebenenfalls mit einem Nippelspanner.

Step 9: Letzte Kontrolle
Gehe alle Schrauben und Verbindungen durch, um sicherzustellen, dass alles fest sitzt.

Step 10: Testfahrt
Führe eine kurze Testfahrt durch, um sicherzugehen, dass alles korrekt funktioniert.

Prices: We strive to keep prices stable, but reserve the right to adjust them. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT. Price information: All our prices are non-binding – even if we make a mistake. The price at the checkout is the definitive price.
Offers: Limited-time special offers are only valid for the specified period.
Delivery times: The stated shipping dates are estimates based on information from our suppliers. They are non-binding and cannot be guaranteed in every case. We accept no liability for delays in shipping or delivery.
Subsequent delivery (reshipment): Should an item in your order be missing, we will contact you to clarify whether we should send a partial delivery or wait until everything is complete.
International shipping: We do not ship internationally. We also do not accept orders for collection from customers with addresses outside of Switzerland.
Returns and Refunds
You can return items within 14 days of purchase , provided they meet our returns policy.
Here's how it works: Send us an email to info@wheelypop.ch . Subject: "Webshop Return". Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will confirm the return and provide you with the correct return address.
Requirements: We only accept returns if the original packaging is undamaged and the item has not been used or worn .
The following items are excluded from exchange: Bicycles that we have assembled and shipped via freight carrier. All items purchased with a discount of 30% or more . Special orders that are not part of our regular Wheely Pop standard range. Items that serve personal safety (especially helmets and protectors ).
Credit note: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will credit the amount to your customer account. This credit You can use it on your next purchase (online or in a store).
Warranty and Liability
Warranty period: The warranty is 2 years , starting from the date of delivery. Longer warranty periods for individual items are excluded.
Warranty service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period under normal use, Wheely Pop will repair it free of charge.
