Delivery times: The shipping dates stated are estimates based on information provided by our suppliers. They are not binding and cannot be guaranteed in every case. We assume no liability for delays in shipping or delivery.

Subsequent delivery (arrears): If an item is missing from your order, we will contact you to determine whether we should send you a partial shipment or wait until everything is complete.

International Shipping: We do not ship abroad . We also do not accept orders for pickup from customers with addresses outside of Switzerland.

You can return items within 14 days of purchase, provided they meet our return policy.

Here's how: Send us an email at info@wheelypop.ch. Subject: "Webshop Return". Tell us the order number and the item you would like to return. We will confirm the return and provide you with the correct return address. Returns are at your own expense.

Requirements: We only accept returns if: The original packaging is undamaged. The item has not been used or worn.

Excluded from exchange are: Bicycles that we have assembled and shipped by freight forwarder. All items that you have purchased with a discount of 20% or more. Special orders that are not part of our regular Wheely Pop standard range.

Credit: After receiving and checking the return, we will credit the amount to your customer account. You can use this credit for your next purchase (online or in a specialized store).

Warranty period: The warranty is 2 years , starting from the date of delivery. Longer warranty periods for individual items are excluded.

Warranty service: If a defect occurs during the warranty period under normal use, Wheely Pop will repair it free of charge.
